📖 Description

• A high-precision digital multimeter designed for comprehensive three-phase electrical measurements. It includes three current transformers (C.Ts) and measures line-to-line (L-L) and line-to-neutral (L-N) voltage, current (A), frequency (Hz), and phase sequence. With a clear digital display, it provides accurate real-time monitoring for industrial and electrical panel applications.

⚙️ Usage and Working Principle

1. Follow the connection diagram carefully.

2. Install the current transformers before any electrical load is connected to the system.

3. Use only the provided CT-100 (10–100 A) transformers.

4. Connect the CT leads to the k-1 terminals of the device.

🔧 The EM-60 auto-detects and displays current values—no manual setup required. Do not use CTs from other brands or models.

Once powered, the device automatically displays:

• Phase-to-Neutral and Phase-to-Phase voltages

• Frequency

• Phase Sequence

• Current readings

You can view:

• Voltage (V) when the corresponding LED is on

• Phase-to-Phase voltage by pressing the Up button

• Frequency readings when the Hz LED is active

🔁 Phase Sequence Detection
If the phase sequence is incorrect (reverse), the (X) LED in the first display group will illuminate to alert the user.

🔧Maintenance

• Switch off the device and release from connections. Clean the trunk of device with a swab. Don’t use any conductor or chemical might damage the device.
• Make sure device works after cleaning.

⚠️ Warnings

• Please use the device according to the manual.
• Don’t use the device in wet.
• Include a switch and circuit breaker in the assembly.
• Put the switch and circuit breaker nearby the device, operator can reach easily.
• Mark the switch and circuit breaker as releasing connection for device.
