• 
  A digital overload and asymmetry relay designed for motor protection. It features manual, semi-automatic, and automatic reset options, ensuring flexibility in various applications. With a current range of 0.1–25A and 220VAC operating voltage, it provides reliable thermal protection against overload and phase asymmetry. Ideal for industrial automation and motor safety.

⚙️ Usage of Device and Working Principle:

Make the connection of the device according to the connection diagram. Energize the device after making the connections. The display shows the set values for 5 seconds when the device is energized.

• Adjust the overload with the “A>” knob (value shown on the left display).

• Set the delay time with the “t” knob (value shown on the left display).

• When energized, the relay activates, contact output goes to terminal 3 and “OUT” LED turns on.

• If current exceeds the set high current (A>), the device begins delay timing and shows ERR. After the delay, the relay deactivates, contact output switches to terminal 1, and “OUT” LED turns off.

⏱️ Delay Time (Start Current):

• 
  After the relay is energized or reset, the device does not control current for 5 seconds. This prevents false triggering during motor startup.

🔀 Asymmetry Detection:

If there’s over 50% difference between the highest and lowest phase currents, the device triggers an asymmetry fault within 2 seconds.

• The affected phases’ display flashes.

• Error LED lights up.

• Below threshold values, asymmetry is not monitored.

🔁 Reset Modes:

• 
  Note: Press the SELECT button for 10 seconds to change the reset mode. The mode indicator will change.

⚠️ Warnings

• Use the device according to the manual.

• Do not operate in wet environments.

• Include a switch and circuit breaker nearby for safety.

• Label the switch and breaker clearly for device isolation.

    Exceeding these may lead to inaccurate readings or device damage.
